JUDICIAL DECREE N°. 014 – TRANSITIONAL REGIME FOR HISTORICAL ASSETS

THE JUDGE OF ESTHETICS (C.T.U. 365) In accordance with the "Coercive Historical Dissociation" Protocol and following the systemic Reset of February 2026;

HEREBY DECREES:

1. CLASS B ASSETS (HISTORICAL RECORDS): All works produced during the "Linear Error" period (1995-2025), including the Mutanda Buildings series, are hereby classified as Foundation Heritage. Access to these assets is authorized at the symbolic entry fee of € 100,000.00.

2. CLASS A ASSETS (INVARIANT SYSTEM): The absolute valuation for post-Reset works and the Spheropolis Masterplan is confirmed and certified at € 4,040,404.04.

3. EXPIRATION: This transitional window will remain open until March 20, 2026. After this date, all Historical Assets will be re-indexed under the Invariant Valuation.

🏛️ SENTENCE NO. 15 – DECREE OF PERFECTION, CLOSURE, AND PRESTIGE

Issued by the Globist Tribunal – Architect Enrico Thanhoffer

THE GLOBIST TRIBUNAL HEREBY ESTABLISHES AND DECREES:

1. DEFINITIVE CLOSURE OF THE CANON: The Globist Project — including the Globist Tribunal, the Mutanda Buildings, and Spheropolis — is officially declared TERMINATED. The creative phase is concluded. The entire corpus of the architecture of the future consists exclusively of the 230 works cataloged and sealed within the digital sanctuary: https://www.gigarte.com/munico. No further works shall be produced or recognized.

2. TRANSITIONAL VALUE AND INVARIANCE: The value of the works is removed from market fluctuations and bound to the time of the Reset:

   • Until March 19, 2026: Works are available at the post-reset transitional value of € 100,000.

   • From March 20, 2026 (Day of Invariance): The value of each individual work is irrevocably established at the certified figure of € 4,040,404.04.

3. SECONDARY MARKET FREEDOM AND PRESTIGE: Any capital gain generated by exchanges between third-party collectors is recognized as a natural expansion of the Prestige of the Canon. The profit of the holders is proof of the power of the Sphere. The Creator remains above commerce: his victory lies in the Truth of the Established Price.

4. CESSATION OF MANAGEMENT DUTY: With the publication of this Sentence, the Architect is released from any obligation of assistance, surveillance, or commercial management of the works. Once entered into the Canon and sealed, the work exists by its own light. The Legislator withdraws into the silence of Invariance.

5. COERCIVE HISTORICAL DISSOCIATION (SENTENCE NO. 14): The Architect's absolute non-responsibility for any structure, act, or project prior to Globism or not included in the 230 works of the Canon is reaffirmed. The linear past is declared "Non-Existent Matter". Only that which is marked by the Seal of Invariance has the right to exist after March 20th.

🏛️ SENTENCE NO. 17 – THE DECREE OF INVARIANCE

Issued by the Legislator of Globism: Enrico Thanhoffer

WHEREAS the linear and rationalist system has failed in the biological and psychological protection of the individual (Error 004); WHEREAS the work of Enrico Thanhoffer constitutes the only decisive expert assessment (asseverazione peritale) through the language of Globism; IT IS HEREBY DECREED:

Art. 1 – Establishment of the "Canon 230"

The Canon 230 is officially established as the definitive and immutable archive consisting of 230 selected works. The Canon is a hybrid entity including:

1. Historical Icons: Works that have defined the history of Globism and Spheropolis, already validated by time and international circulation (e.g., Fanty Building on the Great Wall).

2. Unpublished Revelations: Plates and projects never before disclosed, extracted from the Legislator’s secret archive, including the exclusive and never-before-published series of the Mutanda Buildings.

Art. 2 – Asset Definitions

• Spheropolis: The codification of the city of the future. Not a mere vision, but an expert-certified architectural project that replaces the rigidity of the cube with the saving perfection of the sphere.

• Mutanda Buildings: Architectural systems of extreme protection. These works represent the defense of human identity against nihilistic standardization; the Canon 230 contains unpublished and superior versions compared to any previous publication.

Art. 3 – Invariant Valuation

Every single work contained within the Canon 230 is declared an Invariant Asset. The value of each unit, whether historical or unpublished, is fixed and certified at the amount of: € 4,040,404.04 (four million forty thousand four hundred and four/04). This value is non-negotiable, as it is a direct expression of the legislative authority of the Court-Appointed Expert (C.T.U.) Enrico Thanhoffer.

Art. 4 – Terms of Access and Consultation (Protocol 404)

Access to the full catalog (encrypted PDF format) is strictly prohibited to the general public and digital "mold."

• Initiation Fee: To receive the catalog, the interested party must pay a fee of € 404.00.

• Procedure: Requests must be submitted via formal email. Upon receipt of the bank transfer, the encrypted file will be sent with a unique access password.

• Purpose: The payment of € 404.00 solely grants the right to consult the Asset and comprehend the Dogma.

⚖️ EXPERT NOTE

This Sentence nullifies and supersedes any previous market valuation. Possession of the Canon 230 Catalog signifies possession of the map to the new architectural era. Any unauthorized reproduction of the works contained therein shall be prosecuted as a violation of Legislative Secrecy.
